Confidentiality - We keep strictly confidential any information provided to us by our clients. If requested we will not disclose who our client is or the nature of the project.

Integrity - We stand by our opinions through our client engagement and will thereby not pursue any paths contradictory to our business beliefs

Ethics - We are cautious in only engaging in projects compatible with our standards of ethics in terms of MICE industry focus and operational praxis.

Guarantees : We have a minimum of €1,000,000 General Liability insurance cover and all Scandinavian Discovery DMC’s key suppliers have adequate insurance coverage.

Memberships : We are specialises in MICE services and a member of recognised associations.

Staff : Our staff is provided with initial and continuous training.

Knowledges : We guarantees acknowledgment of requests within 24 hours and fulfils proposal requests within minimum 72 hours.

Availability : During programme events at least one member of Scandinavian Discovery DMC staff is available 24 hours a day.
